Please note that the fourth final song from the competition will NOT be included in the album “REFRESH”. Listeners can try to “loop and repeat” song 4 and 5 , which are “ Meditation” and “ Once Upon A Time ” respectively , over and over again for a prolonged state of relaxation. It really helps !! A friend of mine, who went through a tough time last year, told me that she felt a whole lot better by listening to “Thirty Something” ( i.e. song # 2) and that song really helped her “recover” from the tough time ! I’m really glad that it worked for her and that’s my intention to make all these songs in the first place ! Therefore, whether you are simply looking for some relaxing tunes for the night, going through some bad times, having too much responsibilities, a honeymoon or down by the beach with your loved ones or friends, a sound healer, a music therapist ............ you should really give “REFRESH” a try and see if it will work for you too.
